Bruce R. Hoffman, Attorney at Law, has been in private practice since 1984.

Born and raised in the New York and Washington, D.C. areas, he practiced 
law in California for twelve years, first in 
Los Angeles and then in Santa Barbara. 

He has practiced in Beaufort County, SC since 1996. 

He serves individuals and business entities in Beaufort, Hampton and Jasper Counties, throughout South Carolina, plus nationally and internationally, from offices in both Northern and Southern Beaufort County. 

Mr. Hoffman has a general practice, emphasizing Tax, Estate Planning and Probate, Business and Real Estate.

Proud Addition

Chelsea Kathryn Selnik Hoffman -Research Assistant After working in hospitality for 10 years she decided to get her Juris Doctor, which she received from the University of South Carolina School of Law in May of 2022. 


Chelsea is passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in the community. She loves the Gamecocks, her dog, her family, and the Lowcountry! Chelsea's areas of practice will be in Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Business, Environmental Law, and Real Estate.




Chelsea Hoffman was born in Santa Barbara, California and raised here, in Beaufort, South Carolina. 

She attended E.C. Montessori, Beaufort Academy, Lady's Island Elementary, Beaufort Middle, and Beaufort High.

She received her Bachelor's of Science in Hospitality Management from University of South Carolina in 2016.
